COMMENCED. ALL PERMITS FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SHALL EXPIRE IN 365 DAYS. PERMITS FOR FENCES,
ACCESSORY STRUCTURES, INCLUDING UNDERGROUND STRUCTURES, SHALL EXPIRE IN 90 DAYS. EXTERIOR FINISH
CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE COMPLETED WITHIN 180 DAYS INCLUDING WEATHER PROTECTION, CLEAN UP AND FINISH GRADING.
