R-10 zoning for all of Brookhaven Estates as requested
by developer Fritz Hawn. No one opposed this request;

by the Planning and Zoning Commission and was approved
by action of the Council. No opposition appeared;

R-8.7 size lots was created by the Council and all the

either present of represented at the hearing as the
Council considered the recommended R-1 acre zoning
for that area.

the R-1 acre classification.
of
After a lengthly debate during which both sides were given
an equal and fair opportunity to present their arguments, the
Council approved the recommendation for residential R-1 acre
