A motion was rade by H. N. "alloy and. seconded by P. A. 1"arcom that
the City agree to nav the d.iffr;rcnce between =1" and 6" inch pipe in
Valley View Estates #3, Valley View between Veronica Drive and Althea
Parkway and Webb-Chabel Rd, between Phyllis Zane and Sharon Lane.

A notion to ay E. E. Farrow and Co. t`26,555.27 estimate f#3, also
to nay Joe J. Wady ?c Co. :2190.59 for Engineers Fees.
The 'notion was made by H. N. ?Fallon and seconded by R. J. Knight
to pay these bills. The motion carried.

A motion vas made by Thomas Reeder and seconded by H. N. 'Mallon
to nay all bills in the amount of ,407.24. The motion carried.

A motion was made by H. N. Mallon and seconded by A. J. Knight
that we send out a toll-ection letter to all Delinquent Tax payers.
The motion carried.
