F. 2 - Mayor Pro Tern Koch asked if there would be any police presence when
one-way traffic is first started on Amsterdam. Police Chief Fuller stated an officer
would be there initially. Randy Walhood, Public Works Director reported the school

F.5 Consider approving Resolution No. 2013-016 authorizing the City
Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Miller
Ad Agency for marketing services and take appropriate action.
This Resolution was approved.
GA Public Hearing. Consider adopting Ordinance No. 3219 for a
Specific Use Permit allowing motorcycle sales and repair located
at 13990 Stemmons Freeway and take appropriate action.
Alexis Jackson, Senior Planner reported the applicant was proposing to relocate its
at 13,990 N. Sternmons Freeway. The applicant was present for the meeting. Ma
Glancy opened the public hearing and with no one wishing to speak he closed the
