Councilman Hamilton and the motion carrying, the following letter was
sent to Mr. G. D., Morton:
The City Council of Farmers Branch has begun the necessary
procedures for rezoning the area west of the Rock Island

Council approval on January 30, 1963.
The City Council has met in a special session this date and
has unanimously agreed on the issuance of a building permit
any time on or after January 31 for your food processing

Yours very truly,
